the previous site was a beautiful kludge of wordpress that was hard to keep up-to-date, and thus became a hotbed of link spamming hackers.
since i haven't been much of a blogger for a while now, and since most of my generated content is available via other services, the effort to maintain this site became undesirable.
my intention is to clean this up a bit, and re-enable access to the music database, but this is not high on my list of priorities. suck it!
